All items are shipped using Australia Post, Either Eparcel standard + Signature or Express Post + Signature. 

All customers will receive a tracking notification via email and or text message. 

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. 

All broken, damaged or lost items will be replaced.

Return & Exchange Policy

We handle all return or refund requests individually. Please get in contact with all the details of the issue and we will have this resolved as soon as possible. Typical responses are within 1 business day.
