The power of the flower! We use a LOT of organic butterfly pea flower to give this gin it's dark blue colour which turns bright purple/pink with tonic. Locally foraged elderflower boosts this floral sensation of a gin.

Serving recommendations - soda, aramotic tonic.  
Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon/lime or grapefruit.
