The power of the flower! We use a LOT of organic butterfly pea flower to give this gin its dark blue colour which turns bright purple/pink with tonic. Locally foraged Elderflower boosts this floral sensation of a gin.

Serving recommendations - Soda, Aramotic Tonic.  
Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon / lime or grapefruit.
